  1. Upon completion of B.F.Sc degree, students will be qualified to work as Fisheries Development Officers (FDO) in Telangana state recruited by Department of Fisheries, Government of Telangana.
  2. Agriculture Field officers in Nationalized Banks of India selected through IBPS exam.
  3. Technical officers in state/central fishery institutions like MPEDA, EIA, FSI etc.
  4. The B.F.Sc graduated students are eligible to write various civil service examinations.
  5. Students can pursue higher studies in Fisheries science i.e M.F.Sc in ICARCentral Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai and other state agriculture / veterinary universities by securing good rankings in ICAR – PG entrance examination conducted every year by ICAR.
  6. The B.F.Sc graduates are having bright future in private sector like Fish / shrimp culture, Fish / Shrimp hatcheries, Processing plants, Feed industries, Ornamental industry both in India and abroad as General Manager, Fisheries Technologist, Production Manager, Quality control Manager, Marketing executive etc.
  7. Post graduates are eligible for ARS Scientist/ Asst. Prof. in central/ state organizations and universities.
  8. The course offers a great scope for the students for self-employment by establishing own farm/ hatchery/ processing plant, aquaria units, etc.

Ten students of first BFSc batch (2017-2021) secured good rankings in ICAR – PG entrance examination and pursuing MFSc in ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai and other state agriculture / veterinary universities.Four students of first B.F.Sc batch (2017-2021) selected in different private enterprises.
